When he stops for breakfast before work, he orders eggs, potatoes and sausage for breakfast …and the sausage patty is as big as the plate!! He thinks he’s getting a bargain, I’m thinking he’s getting heart disease! …. My breakfast -on-the- go is either overnight oats with various mix-ins or an individual cup of Greek yogurt, packed with fruit and some cereal . Quick, healthy options that I can take with me to work and eat at my desk if I’m running out of time at home.
